1. What information will the certificate include?
The certificate is a JPG image file you can print and mail, or save as an image and attach to an email. It includes a photo relevant to the item you're giving, and a paragraph describing the impact the gift will have.

2. After checkout, I could not get to the certificate image. What do I do now?
Contact us and we will research the problem and send you a link to a certificate, if needed.
